Returns and Refund

At Popularled, we take pride in the quality of our Western-style apparel and handcrafted accessories. We ensure that our policies are transparent, fair, and fully compliant with US consumer protection standards.

1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY & CONDITIONS

We accept returns for all products in our catalog under the following conditions:

  • Timeframe: Items must be returned within 30 days from the delivery date.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached (especially for our suede and wool collection).
  • Exceptions: Final sale or clearance items are non-returnable; this will be clearly stated in the product description during promotional events.

2. HOW TO START A RETURN (2 WAYS)

To ensure a smooth process, you can initiate a return through either:

3. SPECIFIC RETURN SCENARIOS

  • Non-Delivery of Orders: If your order is not delivered within the estimated timeframe (excluding carrier delays), we will conduct an investigation. If the package is confirmed lost, we offer a Full Refund or a Replacement at no extra cost.
  • Damaged or Defective Items: If your product arrives damaged (e.g., torn suede, broken jewelry), please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will provide a pre-paid shipping label and issue a 100% refund or replacement.
  • Incorrect Product Received: If you receive a different item/size than what you ordered, we will cover all return shipping costs and send the correct item immediately.

4. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS & FEES

  • Defective/Incorrect Items: Popularled covers 100% of the shipping costs via a pre-paid label.
  • Customer Remorse (Change of mind/Wrong size): The customer is responsible for the actual return shipping costs.
  • Restocking Fees: We DO NOT charge any restocking fees.

5. REFUND TIMEFRAME & METHOD

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Processing: We will notify you of the approval or rejection within 2 business days.
  • Refund Method: Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
  • Timeline: You will receive the credit within 5 – 7 business days, depending on your bank’s processing time.
