Copyright Notice

1. Commitment to Intellectual Property Rights

At Popularled, we hold the protection of intellectual property in high regard. We expect all visitors, customers, partners, and any third parties interacting with our Services to comply with copyright, trademark, and related IP laws.

All logos, graphics, product images, written content, brand elements, and proprietary materials appearing on our website are either owned by Popularled or used under valid authorization. These materials are protected by U.S. and international copyright and trademark statutes.
Nothing on our site grants a license or right to use any intellectual property belonging to Popularled or any third party without formal permission.

2. Prohibition of Infringing Activity

No individual or entity may upload, publish, distribute, advertise, or sell content, products, or materials that violate another party’s intellectual property rights.

Although Popularled is not an open-content platform, we maintain this standard as a matter of principle: infringing materials are not tolerated on our website under any circumstances.

3. Reporting Alleged IP Infringements (DMCA-Compliant Procedure)

If you believe that any content, product, image, or other material available on Popularled infringes upon your copyright or trademark, you may file a formal infringement notice.

    • Include URLs, product names, or specific locations on our website where the alleged infringement appears.
  2. Your contact information
    • Full name
    • Address
    • Telephone number
    • Email address
  3. A good-faith statement
A declaration stating that you have a genuine belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the IP owner, its agent, or by law.
  4. Accuracy and authority statement
A statement confirming that the information you are providing is accurate, and that—under penalty of perjury—you are the IP owner or legally authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
  5. Signature
A physical or electronic signature from the IP owner or authorized representative.

This procedure is designed to satisfy the requirements of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) for copyright-related claims.

4. Our Investigation and Response

Upon receipt of a complete infringement notice, Popularled will promptly review the claim. If we determine the complaint is valid:

  • The allegedly infringing material will be removed or access to it will be disabled.
  • If applicable, we may notify the party associated with the content.
  • For copyright cases involving user-submitted content, the DMCA may allow the alleged infringer to file a counter-notice if they believe the takedown is erroneous.

If your claim does not meet the required elements, we may request additional information before taking action.

5. Repeat Infringers

In situations where user accounts or seller participation exists, Popularled reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts associated with repeated IP infringement. While our platform does not operate as a marketplace, we uphold this policy to maintain legal compliance and operational integrity.

6. False or Fraudulent Claims

Submitting knowingly false or misleading infringement reports is prohibited. Abuse of the reporting process may result in legal liability under applicable laws, including penalties for perjury under the DMCA.
